On top of playing baseball this year, Matthew has recently started BMX racing. One of his friends from school invited him to go to the track with him and the next thing I knew Matthew was out there racing. He's been racing at the Lake Perris Fair Grounds. At his first race he took 3rd place, not bad for his first time. His Dad just bought him a new bike for his birthday over the weekend and he got to race it last night and took 3rd place again. He's doing awesome for a new racer. He's been so excited to go racing and we can't keep him off the track. I love to see him race- He tries his hardest and he's always determined to do his very best.
