Picking Pumpkins!

Eddie and I take the kids to the pumpkin patch every year to pick their very own pumpkin. However when we were trying to decide where to take the kiddos, we had come to a conclusion that the pumpkin patches just aren't what they used to be when we were little. Nowadays, it's a carnival/pumpkin patch. So we were on a mission to find as close to a pumpkin patch as we could find.

And we have one rule, each child has to be able to carry their own pumpkin!

When we got there, all the kids ran out of the car and began to hunt for the perfect pumpkin.
Joseph found his right away however it weighed 125 pounds and there was no way he could carry it. Next Elijah found his perfect pumpkin and he carried it very well! Matthew was very indecisive but after searching and searching, he finally decided to go with this one.

It was quite an adventure but a great way to get ready for the big day!
